Always make sure that you tell your doctor about ANY and EVERY drug that you are currently taking, even if you bought it over-the-counter at drugstore, in order to avoid any drug interactions from occurring. Do not take anti-acids such as Rolaids, Maalox, Mylanta, Milk of Magnesia, or Pepcid Complete within an hour of taking this drug as they can decrease how effective this drug works. Avoid consuming fruit juices when taking this drug, as in some cases a reaction has been reported that is linked to this. Only your doctor can tell you if this drug is the right anti-allergy.
